Performance Hip Hop

Our Performance Hip Hop classes are specifically focussed on creating a fun, creative, challenging and positive environment for our more experienced students. Best suited for 16 years old and upwards, Performance Hip Hop students build further from the basics of hip hop and dance. These classes are designed to improve co-ordination, gross motor skills, body awareness, confidence, stamina and strength. These One Hour classes are structured to include both dance based and fitness based elements which include learning routines and hip hop exercises to improve technique and knowledge of the style. Our Performance classes can be demanding physically and require previous dance experience. Performance Hip Hop compete in various competitions, eistedfodds and performances throughout each year.
