Acrobatics
Our Acrobatic classes are specifically focussed on creating a fun, creative, challenging and positive environment for our more experienced students. Best suited for 6 years old and upwards, Acrobatic students build further from the basics of gymnastics and dance. These classes are designed to improve co-ordination, gross motor skills, body awareness, confidence, stamina and strength. These one hour classes are structured to include both dance based and fitness based elements which include learning routines and technique based skills including tumbling, handstands and cartwheels. This class is great for the beginner dancer looking to expand their vocabulary and skills, such valuable new skills can be applied to all styles of dance.
